Syrah Terre Siciliane IGT

Strong but elegant at the same time. It is the Sicilian vine par excellence which has always been part of family-owned vineyard. Pleasant notes of black currant, violets and black cherries set it apart.

Grape variety: 100% Syrah
Vinification: the harvest occurs manually during the coolest hours of the day. After the destemming, grapes are left to macerate at a controlled temperature. The alcohol fermentation then begins (18/25 days), after which racking begins.
Ageing: from steel, the wine follows a step into oak and cherry wood for about 6 months, to be bottled after.
